Orchard Place Celebrate International Women's Day 2023 with Women in Wellness Event

February 2023 – Westminster, London Orchard Place, the new contemporary lifestyle destination in the heart of The Broadway SW1, welcomes a panel of leading entrepreneurs to deliver a multi-sensory session ahead of International Women’s Day 2023, with the focus on gender parity #EmbraceEquity.

The brunchtime session combines a specially curated barre class, meditative gong bath and panel discussion, embodying the principles of integrative health in the fields of nutrition, spiritual wellbeing, and movement.

Led by Athena Ko, Gong Master, Meditation and Yoga practitioner, the experience unites leaders in their respective fields to explore clarity, connection, mindfulness and love for self in today’s increasingly fragmented and burnt-out society.

Starting with a 30-minute barre class, led by founder of esteemed London studio Barre Series, Catie Miller. Known for her high-energy barre and Pilates fusion classes, guests will experience Catie’s unique methodology which combines movement for lasting impact whilst developing intuitive understanding of your body’s needs.

To follow, there will be a 20-minute gong bath led by Athena Ko, exploring a sensory combination of meditation, breathwork and sound for mindful well-being.

Thereafter, guests will be invited to an engaging panel discussion with luminaries in nutritional and spiritual health.  The conversations will look at personal journeys into the world of wellness, and as entrepreneurs in the space the increased value of the industry and actively incorporating mindfulness into our lives.
