Yoga Flow
An ideal starting point for beginners or those looking for a slower-paced class as we explore a series of deep-stretching sequences. It’s an opportunity to wind down, connect with your body and set your intention and breath for the rest of the day/week ahead.

Receptionists in the lobby will scan you up to the first floor where you will be greeted by Suze and a member from the Orchard Place team!
