Onetrack Performance Studio

For anyone looking to take their favourite sport to the next level – whether that’s running, cycling, crossfit, triathlon or more – the Onetrack Performance Studio is a must-attend.  Bookable sessions, from minimal donations upwards, provide access to physiological testing such as lactate profiling and intrinsic biomechanical assessments, analysis which is usually only available to elite and professional athletes. And for those wishing to continue their fitness journey, Onetrack’s support crew offers ongoing technical, strength & conditioning and performance nutrition coaching.

Anthony Fletcher (aka Fletch) co-founder Onetrack says: “Onetrack is fast becoming the go-to resource for those in pursuit of performance. Our trainers and diagnostic analyses bridge the gap between elite sport and everyday athletes, for anyone wanting to enhance performance, prevent injury or accelerate rehabilitation.”

What’s on offer

Run Club SessionsFree or £5 voluntary contribution.

Onetrack Run Club meets at the plinth on Orchard Place, Tuesdays at 5.45pm. The one-hour sessions are designed to suit all levels of runners. After a short jog or stroll to nearby St James’s Park, the Coach will guide runners through warm-ups and running drills followed by laps of a 1km loop.  Runners can do as many or as few as they like, with the Coach on hand for tips and guidance.

XRun Treadmill Class – £15 per class, or free with a £25 p/m Onetrack membership

Onetrack’s new in-studio treadmill class format XRun, sponsored by Woodway, allows runners to explore speed, find their threshold pace and get to know their own spectrum of speed using the RPE scale (Rate of Perceived Exertion). XRun Classes take place in Soho, London and Farnham, Hampshire weekly: Mondays 6pm, Wednesdays & Thursdays 12pm, Saturday 9am)

Private Coaching £115, one hour

Train with intention and be guided through a bespoke programme that meets your personal fitness goals through mobility, strength and cardio.

Lactate Testing – £115, approx one hour

Know your training zones and track physiological changes to push your performance to the next level. Lactate threshold profiling is deemed to be the most consistent physiological assessment for predicting endurance performance. A lactate test provides an accurate insight into current physiology.  Samples from pinpricks over six to eight stages of a fitness session determine lactate levels at varying stages of exercise intensity, with data then used to define specific training zones and guide your training and improve your performance.

Biomechanical Assessments – £225, two hours

Screen your major nerves, structures and joints to understand your current state of physical function. This is for anyone suffering with an injury, dealing with recurring niggles or looking to optimise their physical performance. These specialised assessments drive micro gains and can make the difference both the everyday and elite athlete ends of the spectrum.

Onetrack empowers everyday athletes with elite training knowledge. Our goal is to bridge the gap between elite sport and everybody in the pursuit of performance. We do this by providing access to physiological testing and intrinsic biomechanical assessments and personal training in our permanent studio spaces in Farnham & Soho as well as offering online run coaching to those further afield. Onetrack Run Club is our community offering; a support crew to motivate you and an expert coach to guide you.

Onetrack was founded in 2016 and has grown organically from the sponsorship of two athletes to become a virtual and physical community that has supported thousands of runners through our studio services, run clubs and running app. Onetrack has been featured by Sunday Times Style, Evening Standard, Independent, Metro, Women’s Health, Selfridges, Runner’s World & more.
